Ruby scoops
A local creator of small batch ice cream, sorbets, sherbets, and desserts; there is something for every taste pallet! Ruby Scoops has a physical location in the Northside of Richmond but brings their ice cream truck to market every Tuesday, May - early October. The operation is run by Rabia Kamala who sources local produce and dairy to make the tastiest treats for the Richmond community! Ruby Scoops always has a revolving door of flavors that change seasonally and regularly. Make sure to check out Ruby Scoops at the Birdhouse Farmers Market this summer!
